    Aluminium alloy with chilled casting structure, all surfaces polished and anodized, High precision slicing thickness adjustment from 0 to 16 mm, upper fixed sharpener supplied as standard and easy to use, food carriage mounted on ball bearings to ensure smooth gliding, chromed and tempered steel blade, fixedprotection ring around the blade, fence plate safety lock as standard, ventilated motor. CE Professional.
