    Description

    Gas fryer 1 well 17 L capacity, basket and external for oil drain-off pan included dim. 40Wx73Dx87H cm - 16,5kW - with free well

    Gas fryer with working top in stainless steel AISI 304 and 15/10 thickness. Well capacity: 17 L.

    Equipped with drain valve installed in the lower neutral compartment. Free well, heating by external stainless steel burners with vertical optimized flame distribution with pilot burner and piezoelectric ignition.

    Gas supply by thermostatic valve with thermocouple, with adjustable temperature up to 190°C. External oil drain-off pan supplied.

    It is equipped with security thermostat

    Free well allows an easy cleaning

    Equipped with lid and 1 basket dim. 30x31x12H cm
