These Cold rooms have been designed in order to fulfil every kind of conversation needs. The high quality of these equipment allows us to respect the most restrictive hygienic – sanitary norms together with high flexibility and assembling rapidity. They are made with modular panels of different width of 400 – 600 – 800 – 1000 – 1200 mm in different thickness of 70 – 100 – 130 mm.
The insulation is obtained thanks to the injection of expanded rigid polyurethane (density 40 -42 Kg/m^3 closed cells 95%). The assembling of the panels is made by using eccentric hooks (came-look). Floor and ceiling panels are recessed in the vertical panels in order to assure a more harmonious aesthetical look. The internal and external covering of walls panels is made of atoxic white prepainted metal sheet while the floor panel is covered by antislip Stainless Steel Aisi 304 with a suitable internal reinforce for a better distribution of the load. On request are available different covering made by pre-painted coated steel sheets, Stainless Steel Aisi 304 and reinforced floor for heavier loads.
Measures available for the door: 600x1850H mm - 700x1850H mm - 800x1850H cmm - 900x1850H mm.
On request we are able to supply our cold rooms complete with refrigerated wall and ceiling mounted monoblock type, or split type both for positve and negative temperature.
