    Description

    Outer of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. Cooking surface in stainless steel: flat with a small splashback on four sides, with hole and a removable fat collection drawer. Uniformity in the temperature distribution guaranteed by fixing the heating elements directly under the plate. Stainless steel heating elements, each one of kW 2,2 230V~ or 400V3N~50Hz, switch and safety thermostat for temperature regulation 66 – 324°, with general indicator light and indicator light for heating elements. Cool-grip knobs of special heat proof material. AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel adjustable legs.
