Tabletop manual Breadsticks machine prod. 25 Kg/h
The Breadsticks machine is a machine for the production of breadsticks. All surfaces in contact with the dough are in Inox or Teflon. The cut of dough is carried out by manual control. Output can achieve 25 Kg per hour. Die are easily interchangeable.
In addition to the die mounted on the machine (specified at the moment of ordering the machine) other dies can be requested in order to obtain various types of breadsticks.
The machine consists of the following basic units :
Structure: in assembled sheet which supports all the other units.
Die: with interchangeable rollers.
Unloading belt: mobile.
Electric system: it is placed on the panel under the control buttons, it is enclosed in the structure itself of the machine, it encloses the control and power circuits.
