Preservation with MAP and Skin-Pack:
- Packing with MAP means keeping the original texture, properties and characteristics of a fresh food
- as long as possible, avoiding any chemical preservatives.
- As a first step, the air is completely sucked through the vacuuming process from the pack and then this same air is replaced with the right percentage of natural gas mixture.
- While, when we choose to Skin-Pack our product we do vacuum without adding any gas in our tray. With this process, a heated film enclosed the product tightly, vacuum is used to draw the film down onto the package creating a secure and attractive package. The Skin film fixes the contents of the pack and the complete sealing prevents any liquid in the product from escaping, like a second Skin.
Easy to use: The PLC user interface and the thermoregulator, simple and intuitive, are easily accessible during the whole packaging cycle. Moreover, they allows to modify, according to the selected trays, the sealing parameters such as time, sealing temperature, gas percentage (TVG series) and vacuum percentage.
Highest flexibility The semiautomatic tray sealer aims to flexibility and speed. Thanks to the quick mould change system (TVG series), indeed, the operator can comfortably change mould and sealing plate without using any tool. Everything done in total safety and in the shortest time possible.
