STEAM: temperature range:95° - 105° / humidity range: 90 % - 100%.
CORE PROBE: included as standard, it allows the monitoring and control of the temperature at the core of the product.
The oven is equipped with an automatic PRE-HEATING system to ensure the best temperature when opening the door and loading the product.
DELTA T: maintains a constant temperature difference between the chamber and the core of the food.
